Managed services. Built, linked, and run.

Most companies don't need more software. They need someone to design the change, wire the systems together, and stay on to operate it. That's the whole job — and we take all three parts. No rip-and-replace.

No rip-and-replace · One accountable partner

Strategy & engineering.

Both under one roof — the thinking and the building, not one or the other.

One source of truth.

Systems that finally share the same live data, instead of six islands.

A named team.

People who own your account and stay on it — not a ticket queue.

One partner.

Accountable from first strategy through ongoing operation.

The reality

You didn't buy the wrong software. You bought six systems that werenever introduced to each other.

Autoline, incadea, SAP, Salesforce, dubizzle, WhatsApp, the OEM's warranty portal, and about forty spreadsheets. Each one works. None of them talk. So the work in between gets done by people, by hand, twice — and some of it doesn't get done at all.

01

The lead that never made it into a system

A buyer messages three dealers about the same Land Cruiser from a dubizzle listing. Yours lands on a salesman’s personal WhatsApp — not your CRM. It’s never logged, never routed, never attributed. When he leaves, it leaves with him.

The first reply inside 15 minutes is the one that converts. Speed beats price now — the fastest dealer wins, not the cheapest.

02

The availability check that costs you an hour

Stock lives in Autoline. Interest lives in Salesforce. So the deal pauses while a salesperson messages a colleague to ask whether the car is still on the lot.

Repeated hundreds of times a month, by hand, on every deal.

03

The clock running on every unit in your yard

Used-car depreciation across the UAE has climbed from 1.2% to 1.3% a month — driven by time, not by pricing mistakes. For a group holding 30–40 units, margin can be gone in seven months.

Nobody in the building has one live view of ageing stock against real demand.

04

The service drive that books work it can’t do

A booking is taken without checking bay load or parts. The car arrives, the part hasn’t, the job overruns, the bay blocks.

And the OEM measures the CSI score that follows.

What the gaps cost, per year, in a 30-car yard

Re-keying between DMS, CRM and OEM portals. Leads that never reach a system. Stock ageing past 60 days. Warranty claims rejected on data errors. A group P&L that's always five days old.

We put a number on all five in 21 days.

The offer

Three managed services. One operating layer.

They're not three menu options, they're a stack. Transformation designs and builds the change. Managed Link connects what you already own. Managed Business Operations keeps it all running. Take the stack, or start at the layer that hurts.

01 · Build

Managed Transformation

We map how the business runs, then design and build what’s missing — portals, apps, automations, and AI.

Work done by hand starts running itself.

02 · Connect

Managed Link

We wire DMS, CRM, finance, service, website and WhatsApp into one backbone — the layer we own and maintain.

One live source of truth. Every lead captured, stock in real time.

03 · Run

Managed Business Operations

We operate, monitor, and support it as your named digital-operations team — so it never quietly decays.

It keeps working — and keeps getting better after go-live.
One connected operation

The whole group — every branch, every system — running as one, in real time, on one owner dashboard.

  1. Layer 01 · Design & Build

    Managed Transformation Services

The consulting and engineering layer. We map how the business actually runs, design what it should be, and build it: product, platform, and process. Not a deck, and not a dev shop that ships and disappears.

    • Operating and systems strategy
    • Product, UX, and interface design
    • Custom development and AI engineering
    • Migration, rollout, and adoption

    Inside Managed Transformation

We map it, design it, and build it. Then we make people use it.

Most transformation work dies between the deck and the desk. Four things happen in every engagement, in order, and none of them is optional. What gets added on top depends on what the Blueprint finds.

    The foundation
    Always included
    Operating Blueprint

The map. How the business actually runs today, not how the org chart says it does.

    • End to end process mapping across every department and branch
    • Seam register: every handoff done by hand, twice, or not at all
    • A number placed against each gap, in your units
    • Sequenced roadmap with a fixed price against each phase
    Target State Design

What the operation should look like once the gaps are closed, specified tightly enough to build from.

    • Process redesign around outcomes, not around existing tooling
    • System of record decisions: what owns which data
    • Integration and data architecture
    • Success measures agreed before anything is built
    Build and Engineering

The build itself. Delivered by the same team that wrote the design.

    • Custom applications, portals, and internal tooling
    • Automation of the manual work between systems
    • Test coverage, staged environments, and release discipline
    • Documentation written for your team, not for ours
    Cutover and Adoption

The part that determines whether any of it survives contact with your staff.

    • Phased rollout by branch or department, not a single switch date
    • Parallel running while confidence builds
    • Role based training and floor support during go live
    • Adoption measured, with intervention where usage stalls

    Modules

    Product and Interface Design

Interfaces your staff and customers use without being taught. Applied where the operation is customer facing or where staff adoption is the risk.

    • Research with the people who will actually use it
    • Wireframes, prototypes, and tested flows
    • Interface design in your brand, not a generic template
    • Design system your future builds inherit

Add this when the last internal tool you rolled out is still not being used.

    AI Engineering

Automation applied to judgment work rather than to clicks. Built against your own data, running inside your process.

    • Document intake, extraction, and validation
    • Drafting and summarisation with human approval in the loop
    • Forecasting and anomaly detection on your operational data
    • Role scoped assistants with the audit trail intact

Add this when the bottleneck is people reading and re-typing, not people clicking.

    Data Migration and Remediation

The unglamorous work that determines whether the new system tells the truth.

    • Extraction from legacy systems and spreadsheets
    • Deduplication, normalisation, and entity resolution
    • Historical reconciliation against finance records
    • Validation rules that stop the mess re-forming

Add this when nobody trusts the customer count in your CRM.

    Compliance Readiness

Getting the underlying data clean and structured enough to satisfy a regulator on a fixed date.

    • Structured data readiness for e-invoicing and Peppol
    • Field level validation against filing requirements
    • Reconciliation between DMS, finance, and OEM portals
    • Dry run filing against your Accredited Service Provider

Add this when a compliance deadline is going to expose how disconnected your stack is.

    Enablement and Change

Deliberate change management where the transformation touches how people are measured or paid.

    • Stakeholder mapping and resistance planning
    • Communication programme through the rollout
    • Manager enablement, so supervisors reinforce rather than undermine
    • Post go live capability assessment

Add this when the change alters someone's commission, headcount, or authority.

  2. Layer 02 · Connect

    Managed Link

The operating layer between your systems. Your DMS, CRM, finance, service, website, and messaging were never built to talk to each other, so the data exists but nobody has the full picture. Managed Link is the layer we build, own, and maintain to make them behave like one system. Every Link is assembled from a set of proven modules and extended with whatever your environment needs that does not exist yet.

    • CRM
    • DMS
    • Finance
    • Service
    • Inventory
    • Website
    • WhatsApp
    • Email
    • Integration and data flow across silos
    • One live source of truth, no re-keying
    • Workflow that runs across systems
    • Dashboards and portals on top of it
  3. Layer 03 · Run

    Managed Business Operations

The team that keeps it running. Managed IT and remote support for the people using the systems every day, so the thing we built doesn't quietly decay six months after go live.

    • Managed and remote IT support
    • Monitoring, patching, and security hygiene
    • Devices, access, and user onboarding
    • Named team with agreed response times

    Inside Managed Business Operations

Somebody has to own it on Monday morning.

Build projects end. Operations do not. Four things run continuously from the day you go live. The rest are added where the operation demands them.

    The foundation
    Always included
    Service Desk

A named team your staff can reach, with agreed response times against a real SLA.

    • Named engineers who know your environment, not a rotating queue
    • Remote support across your business hours
    • Ticketing with severity, escalation, and resolution tracking
    • Monthly reporting on volume, response, and recurring causes
    Monitoring and Uptime

Continuous watch over every integration and system in the connected estate.

    • Health checks on every Managed Link connection
    • Alerting to our operations team before your staff notice
    • Incident response with defined severity thresholds
    • Root cause analysis on anything that recurs
    Security and Patch Hygiene

The maintenance work that never gets done when it is nobody's specific job.

    • Patch management across endpoints and servers
    • Endpoint protection deployment and monitoring
    • Vulnerability scanning with a remediation schedule
    • Security posture review each quarter
    Access and Identity

Control over who can reach what, across every connected system.

    • Joiner, mover, and leaver processes executed same day
    • Role based permissioning across the estate
    • Multi factor enforcement and credential policy
    • Access audit and recertification on a schedule

    Modules

    Endpoint and Device Management

The physical fleet: showroom terminals, workshop tablets, and everything issued to staff.

    • Procurement guidance and standardised device builds
    • Mobile device management and remote wipe
    • Asset register kept current, including workshop and branch hardware
    • Repair, replacement, and warranty handling

Add this when nobody can say how many laptops the group owns.

    Network and Branch Infrastructure

Connectivity across multiple sites, including the parts of the building that are hardest to cover.

    • Site surveys and coverage across showroom, workshop, and yard
    • Managed firewall, VPN, and segmentation
    • Multi branch connectivity and failover
    • Capacity monitoring as sites and headcount grow

Add this when the workshop drops connection during a job card and nobody knows why.

    Backup and Continuity

Verified recovery, not just a backup job that reports success.

    • Backup across systems, endpoints, and the Link itself
    • Recovery objectives agreed and documented per system
    • Restore testing on a schedule, with evidence
    • Documented continuity plan per critical system

Add this when your last restore test was never.

    Data Operations

Ongoing stewardship of the data quality that everything downstream depends on.

    • Duplicate and orphan record monitoring
    • Data quality rules enforced at entry, not cleaned up later
    • Reconciliation between systems on a defined cadence
    • Quarterly data health reporting to leadership

Add this when reports disagree depending on which system produced them.

    Vendor Management

We deal with your software vendors so your team does not.

    • Single point of contact across DMS, CRM, and OEM portal vendors
    • Escalation handled by people who can speak to the technical detail
    • Renewal, licensing, and contract review support
    • Vendor performance tracked against what you are paying for

Add this when your GM is on the phone to the DMS vendor's support line.

    Continuous Improvement

The operation gets better after go live rather than slowly decaying.

    • Quarterly review of usage, bottlenecks, and manual workarounds
    • Backlog of improvements prioritised with your leadership
    • Included development hours each quarter for enhancements
    • Annual re-run of the Blueprint against the current state

Add this when you want the system to still be worth having in three years.

What you get

The backbone

One operating layer over every system in the dealership.

Your DMS, CRM, service, finance, website, and WhatsApp stop living on separate islands. We wire them into a single backbone — so stock, customers, and deals share one live view, work happens without re-keying, and every branch runs as one.

And now there's a deadline

E-invoicing is about to expose exactly how disconnected your stack is.

UAE e-invoicing goes mandatory on 1 January 2027 for every business over AED 50 million in revenue — structured XML over Peppol, through an Accredited Service Provider you must appoint by 30 October 2026. In Saudi Arabia, ZATCA Phase 2 already requires real-time clearance through Fatoora with cryptographic stamping.

This isn't an accounting upgrade. Compliant invoices need clean, structured, validated data pulled from systems that currently disagree with each other. Every dealer group in the Gulf is about to find out how disconnected its stack is — on a fixed date, with fines attached.

To be clear: we're not an Accredited Service Provider, and you don't need us to be one. You appoint an ASP to file — every one of them assumes the data you send is already clean and reconciled. That assumption is exactly where dealer groups break. We're the layer underneath: we get your systems agreeing with each other so what reaches your ASP actually clears.

We'd rather you found out from us first.

The engagement

Mapped. Built. Handled.

Every engagement runs the same three phases, in order. You can stop after any one of them.

  1. 01

    Blueprint

We map the operation end to end and find every gap where work is done twice, data goes stale, or money leaks between systems. You get the map whether or not you build with us.

  2. 02

    Build & Link

The Blueprint output is a module scope: which parts of Managed Link apply and what has to be built from scratch. We build what is missing, then wire your existing systems into one backbone. No rip-and-replace — the software you have already paid for stays.

  3. 03

    Operate

We run it as an ongoing service: support, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Your operations and IT team, without the headcount.

The model

Strategy close to you. Delivery at global scale.

Account leadership and strategy sit in your region and your time zone. Delivery runs on a dedicated engineering and operations bench in India — which is exactly why we can hand you a team at a depth most markets can't staff, at a cost base an in-house department can't match.

World-class work, without the world-class markup.

A dedicated bench, not a marketplace
Full-time engineers, AI developers, and support staff who stay on your account — not contractors reassigned between clients.
Follow-the-sun momentum
Work moves across time zones, so progress does not stop when your office closes.
A structurally lower cost base
A fraction of the cost of building the same capability in-house, passed straight through to the engagement.

Who it's for

Bought the software. Never got the outcome.

Our managed services work anywhere systems have outgrown the people running them. These are the sectors where we go deepest — led by the Gulf, with the UAE and Saudi Arabia at the center.

The Gulf — led by the UAE & Saudi Arabia

Automotive groups

Dealer groups and distributors across the Gulf, led by the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Aftersales drives the majority of revenue and is the most manual part of the operation.

Real estate

Developers and brokerages running listings, CRM, and finance on systems that were never designed to share a single pipeline.

Agencies & growth companies

Firms that need a real engineering and AI-development bench behind their client work without carrying it as permanent headcount.

Why Ninjaz

The mark of the work is that you stop noticing it.

We sell the outcome, not software
Vendors sell you more tools you then have to implement and run. We sell the result — the gaps closed and the money kept.
No rip-and-replace
We don’t threaten your DMS investment. We make it finally pay off — which is why deals with us don’t stall.
One team, start to finish
From blueprint to build to run. Not a deck, and not a dev shop that ships and disappears.
They want it handled, not taught
We don’t hand you a platform and a training plan. We operate it for you. Quiet, exact, dependable.

Questions

What “managed services” means here.

Straight answers to the questions owners actually ask before they hand over the operation.

What do you actually manage?

Three things, and you can take any one of them. The change itself (Managed Transformation Services — strategy, design, and development). The connective layer between your systems (Managed Link). And the day-to-day running of it (Managed Business Operations — managed and remote IT support). Most clients start with one and add the others.

Is Managed Link a product we buy?

It is a layer we build and operate for you, not a licence you administer. It sits on top of the systems you already own and makes them share one live source of truth. You do not get handed a platform and a training plan — we run it.

How much of the Link is custom?

All of it, in the sense that no two Links connect the same systems or run the same process. The modules are proven building blocks, not a template. The Blueprint determines which ones apply and what has to be built from scratch for your environment.

Do we have to take every module?

No. Four foundation components are in every Link because the rest depend on them. Everything else is added where it earns its place, usually one or two at a time as the operation is ready.

Do we have to replace our existing software?

No. The premise is the opposite: you already bought the systems, and replacing them restarts the clock and the cost. We connect and operate what is there, and only build new where nothing exists.

How is this different from an IT provider or a dev shop?

An IT provider supports the tools but does not design the operation. A dev shop builds and then leaves. We do the strategy, the build, and the ongoing operation as one accountable engagement, which is why nothing falls into the gap between them.

Where does the team sit?

Strategy and account leadership sit in your region. Engineering, AI development, and support run from our dedicated delivery operation in India, working across your business hours.

How does an engagement start?

With a Blueprint — a mapped view of how your operation runs today and where it leaks time or money. It is a defined piece of work with its own price, and it is yours whether or not you build with us.

Get started

Let's map where your operation leaks.

Tell us what systems you run and where it hurts. We’ll show you what a connected, managed operation looks like — and what it would take. It starts with a Blueprint: a fixed-price map of how your operation runs today, and it’s yours whether or not you build with us.

  • A system mapEvery system you run and how data moves between them.
  • A seam registerEvery handoff where the work is done by hand, or twice.
  • A number against each gapWhat the leaks cost, in your units — and a sequenced roadmap.
